Jimi Was Born the Son of A Chef in Kauai, Hawaii, and Grew Up Cooking With His Dad, Beginning His Work in Commercial Kitchens At the Age of Sixteen. Jimi Gained His French-Classical Training Here Years Ago and Studied Under Several of Our Previous Very Proficient Chefs. His Asian Flair Is Just Natural, A Gift of His Ancestry, and It Lends Itself To A Perfect Blend of Pan-Asian and Classical Flavors. Jimi Loves To Create New Presentations for His Own Style. he Combines the Most Desirable Elements of A Chef, Passion and Creativity, an Eye for Stunning Visual Presentations and A Gift for Seasoning and Balancing Intensely Flavored Components.
